可见,利用移动通信工具的广泛使用完成极端情绪煽动和社会运动的组织策划,显然是一个系统性操作,它包含两个切面,一是通过看似不起眼的文化娱乐方式,比如网络文学、网络游戏、音乐、动漫等目前尚不在主流媒体视野之内的媒介形态完成意识形态煽动;二是充分利用移动互联网的媒介迭代效应,以看似不起眼的泛文化形态快速传导极端情绪。正是依靠这两个切面,敌对势力才得以在短时间内就完成极端情绪的煽动和传播,进而形成相对有效的大范围意识形态蛊惑,结成当代版的“想象的共同体”。只不过这一“想象的共同体”的独特性在于,其成员通常围绕着一个极端情绪策源的中心点凝聚,而游戏、动漫、音乐、社交媒体、虚拟社区等都可以作为这个极端情绪中心点的散射出口和路径,所以在大多数情况下其都呈现出“去中心化”的样貌。由于移动互联网的媒介迭代效应所撬动的范围很广,这也就解释了为何这一轮全球极端情绪浪潮中会有如此大的范围和圈层。

移动互联网并不是洪水猛兽,不能简单地用围堵的方式予以应对,而是要以更为开放的姿态因势利导。我们也切忌片面认知新媒介形态对青少年身份认同的塑造作用。通过对香港、澳门青少年的相关调研可以发现,如果打开一个澳门青少年的手机,我们会发现它包含的应用程序(或其国际版本)与内地青少年所使用的高度接近。相比之下,大多数香港青少年的手机上则大多是美国、英国的应用程序,香港本地的应用程序都很少,更不要说玩内地的网络游戏、看内地的网剧、综艺。因此,我们也就不难理解其后续的复杂影响。
